Welcome to Quilters Journey!  We are so glad you stopped by.   

Summer is here in full scale!  I hope you are finding ways to stay cool in the heat.  I like to stay inside and sew!  

There are a lot of things going on at Quilters Journey.  We have another 3rd Saturday Sampler going on this year. I am designing a new quilt for this year's 3rd Saturday Sampler.  We are doing a pieced block one month and a machine applique' block the next month.  I hope it turns out the way I see it in my head.  Be here at 10:00 a.m. and find out how 3rd Saturday works.  It is not too late to start.  You can purchase the blocks that you missed and get caught up.  

New classes will be offered soon.  I have had requests for Beginner Classes and those will be coming soon.  Please sign up on the website.  It makes things easier on me.  Yes, you will have to pay for class on the website.  If you have to cancel, we can work that out, but please call to let me know.

Speaking of calling...I have a different phone system.  It seems like I cannot get to it and answer it before it stops ringing.  Please leave a message !and I can call you back.  But, please realize that I even have difficulty getting to the messages.  Sometimes I am at the shop, but not able to answer the phone.  If I am supposed to be here, you can try to call a second time to see if I answer.  I'm also bad about laying the phone down and there not remembering where I left it.  

A couple of dates that I know I won't be here...July 23rd - Out of town.  August 7th, closing at Noon and will be closed through August 19th - Vacation!

The All Missouri Shop Hop starts September 1st and goes through the end of October.  My hours will be extended.  I will be open Tuesday - Friday, 10:00-5:00 and Saturday, 10:00-4:00.  Join us for the Shop Hop!  Yes, I have another quilt in the magazine!  Pick up yours today at your local shop.
